Product Features
◇ Compared with Type "9" transformers, this product reduces no-load loss by 30.12% and average annual operating cost by 20.03%, with low noise, making it an environmentally friendly product.
◇ The transformer body, high-voltage load switch (or high-voltage load transfer switch), fuses, off-circuit tap-changer, etc., are all placed in a fully sealed oil tank, improving space utilization. Its volume is only about 1/3 of that of combined substations (also known as European-style substations) of the same voltage class and capacity, and the weight is also greatly reduced.
◇ High-voltage and low-voltage compartments are isolated and interlocked: the high-voltage compartment door can only be opened after the low-voltage compartment door is opened, and high-voltage terminals are fully insulated, ensuring high safety.
◇ It adopts a full-range protection method combining two-stage fuses (backup current-limiting fuses and plug-in fuses), which is safe and reliable, flexible in operation and convenient for fuse replacement.
◇ The oil tank is of fully sealed structure, isolating the oil inside from the outside, with no leakage and maintenance-free.
