• Q1. Could I have prices of your products?

  A: We are glad to offer you competitive factory direct prices. Since most of our high‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical equipment is custom‑made, kindly share your detailed requirements, such as rated parameters, configuration, quantity and project conditions. Our sales team will analyze your request and send you a formal quotation as soon as possible during working hours.

• Q2：Can we print our logo / website / company name on products?

  A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are fully supported for both high‑voltage and low‑voltage products. We can print your logo, company name and website on cabinet panels, nameplates or packaging boxes. Please provide us with your logo vector file, exact print size and Pantone color code before production. Extra labeling cost will be confirmed based on your actual demands.

• Q3：What's the lead time for regular order?

  A: Lead time depends on product types, configuration complexity and order quantity. For standard‑model small orders, production takes about 7‑15 working days. For custom complete switchgear sets with special components, the cycle will be 20‑40 working days after receiving your deposit and confirmed technical drawings. We will update production progress regularly for big projects.

• Q4: Do you inspect the finished products?

  A: Absolutely. Strict quality control runs through the whole manufacturing process. Our QC team performs component incoming check, mid‑process production inspection and full‑function testing for finished cabinets. Every complete set will pass related electrical performance tests before packing and shipment. Test records can be provided for your project reference if needed.
