80A Three-Phase Intelligent Electrical Fire Current-Limiting Protector

The 80A Three-Phase Electrical Fire Current-Limiting Protector is an advanced safety device designed to prevent electrical fires. It features real-time monitoring of current, voltage, temperature, and fault arcs. Upon detecting a short circuit or arc fault, it rapidly limits current within microseconds to extinguish arcs instantly. Integrated with RS485 and 4G communication, it uploads data to the cloud for remote monitoring. This comprehensive solution ensures reliable protection for industrial and commercial power systems.

    Operation & Status Indicators

This section details the system's visual feedback and user control interface.
    Indicator Definitions

    ● Run Indicator: Constantly on after power-up; flashes once every second during communication.
    ● Fault Indicator: Illuminates if the internal heatsink temperature is too high or if the external temperature sensor wire is open/shorted.
    ● Alarm Indicator: Lights up during overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, internal/external overheating, or excessive leakage current.
    ● Short Circuit Indicator: Activates when a short circuit is detected in the load equipment.
    ● Silence Indicator: Illuminates when the alarm or fault sounder is silenced.
    ● Closed Switch Indicator: Lights up when the circuit is closed and turns off when open.

    Button Definitions

    ● Self-Test: Restarts the device and checks the buzzer, indicators, and LCD screen.
    ● Set: Enters the settings menu to configure thresholds, protection parameters, and delay times.
    ● Reset: Regardless of whether the device is in a normal, alarm, or fault state, this rechecks all channel parameters and determines the status.
    ● Query: Allows you to check the device number, alarm records, and power consumption data.
    ● Silence: Mutes the alarm sound. The silence indicator remains on, but the alarm status is not cleared until the channel parameters return to normal.
    ● Return: Exits to the previous menu level.
    ● Direction: Used to move the cursor or change numbers.
